CARROLL COUNTY, Ga. --
Several injured firefighters were recovering at home Monday morning after their engine crashed into a ditch.

The incident happened Saturday as the crew was checking hydrants along Tyus Carrollton Road in Carroll County. The impact damaged the truck.
The three firefighters who were on the truck are expected to be OK.
