Dec. 10, 2011
Pennsylvania State police determined the driver of the fire truck that collided with a woman's car Thursday and killed her is at fault. The engine from Mount Holly was responding to a call when it reportedly failed to yield the right of way in an intersection, according to The Patriot Leader. The state's motor vehicle law saws emergency vehicles have the obligation to yield to non-emergency vehicles entering their path, state police spokeswoman Michelle Davis told reporters.
