Two Pennsylvania Firefighters Injured at House Fire

Two firefighters received medical treatment after battling an overnight fire in Etna.

ETNA, Pa. --

Two firefighters received medical treatment after battling an overnight fire in Etna Saturday.

Flames broke out around midnight at 407 Butler St.

One firefighter was taken to UPMC St. Margaret for a cut on his arm. Another was treated at the scene for shortness of breath.

One person lost a home in the fire. The American Red Cross is assisting with housing and food.

The fire marshal has also been called in to investigate.
