Pennsylvania Firefighter Killed Battling Blaze

Lt. Nick Picozzi Jr. was a member of Lower Chichester Volunteer Fire Department.


In September, Michael D. Reagan, a 19-year-old Sharon Hill volunteer firefighter, died three days after being injured when part of a burning garage collapsed on him and two other firefighters.

Funeral Information

Visitation for Firefighter Picozzi will be held Monday, March 10 from 3:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Holy Saviour Catholic Church, 108 E. Ridge Road, Linwood, Penn.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 11 at noon at the same church.

People bringing fire apparatus are requested to report to Lawn Croft Cemetery at 11 a.m. All fire and EMS vehicles will be staged on W. Ridge Road from the Delaware line to Blueball Avenue.

Shuttle buses will be available from the staging area.
