BEAVER DAM, Ky. (AP) -- A third volunteer firefighter was charged Thursday in connection with fires in the Ohio County area, Kentucky State Police said.
Aaron L. Creek, 20, of Beaver Dam, was arrested Thursday and charged with two counts of complicity to commit arson in the second degree and two counts of complicity to commit burglary in the third degree, police said.
Creek was a member of the Beaver Dam Volunteer Fire Department, police said, as were two others indicted last March in a fire that destroyed one business and damaged another in this western Kentucky town.
