    Apartment Explosion Burns 3-Year-Old Twins

    Daniel and Josuha Discua, 3-year-old twins, were in their central Phoenix apartment Thursday afternoon when an explosion, possibly sparked by a natural gas leak, ripped through a utility room underneath them, fire officials said.
