Blaze Destroys Wis. Agriculture Equipment Facility

More than 60 firefighters responded to a blaze at an agriculture equipment maintenance facility in Clinton Tuesday night.

Nov. 28--More than 60 firefighters responded to a blaze at an agriculture equipment maintenance facility in Clinton Tuesday night.

Fire crews discovered the southeast corner of the building was on fire near a rail car filled with ammonia about 8 p.m., according to the Clinton Fire Department. Other hazards included an above ground natural gas pipe and grain storage bins and grain dryer.

One firefighter suffered a knee injury.

The building was destroyed. No loss estimates were available.
