Fire Truck Rolls; Six Va. Firefighters Hurt

The Forest firefighters were responding to a house fire when the crash occurred.

Six Virginia firefighters were injured Wednesday morning when their fire truck rolled while responding to a call.

The Forest Volunteer Fire Co. personnel, transported to Lynchburg General Hospital, sustained minor injuries, according to WDBJ7.com.

The crew was responding to a house fire when the crash occurred. No other vehicles were involved. The engine sustained extensive damage.
