It's a sad Christmas Eve in one New Jersey jurisdiction as firefighters mourn the death of a co-worker.
Fire Police Lt. David Lidke, 51, collapsed while helping firefighters back apparatus into the station.
Hightstown firefighters were returning to the station following two structure fires Monday afternoon.

This brings to 100 the number of firefighters who died on duty this year.
