Glencoe Fire Chief Robert 'Bud' Webster, 64, was injured in a wreck in 2006 while responding.

A Kentucky fire chief died in May of complications suffered in an apparatus crash in 2006.

Glencoe Fire Chief Robert 'Bud' Glenn Webster Sr., 64, was responding to a crash in July 2006 when he lost control of the fire truck. He was ejected as the rig overturned, and was pinned underneath, the USFA reported.

Webster suffered a traumatic brain injury in the wreck.
