A Louisiana firefighter previously charged in a firehouse sex scandal is facing another charge following a post to Facebook.
Derrick Harris, 51, is charged with terrorizing, KSLA reported.
Police told reporters he posted a statement referencing the violent movie "Django Unchained," and named specific members of the fire department.
Although Harris told a local reporter it was a joke, officers said the post "can still constitute a crime if the victims feel their lives are threatened."
Harris is one of several Shreveport firefighters accused of hazing mentally challenged men who frequently visited Fire Station 8. They are charged with cruelty to the infirm and principal to prostitution.
During a recent hearing, a judge refused to toss statements firefighters made about the incident.
