An early morning house in Hamilton left three children dead and four others injured.
Officials told WCPO that the two-story home was "fully engulfed" when firefighters arrived on Franklin Road around 3 a.m.
A 7-year-old boy, and girls ages 10 and 12, died in the blaze.
According to WLWT, the mother, father, and two children, ages 2 and 9, were taken to the hospital.
The father was found unconscious and Hamilton Fire Chief Steve Dawson told WCPO that he was attempting to rescue the children.
In investigation into the cause of the fire is underway.
