Upstate N.Y. Firefighter Hurt in Fall Through Floor

A Penfield firefighter was injured when he fell through the first floor and into the basement at a house fire on Saturday.

According to Time Warner Cable News, firefighters spotted heavy fire as they pulled up to the scene. The house, which is in a suburb of Rochester, was under renovations at the time.

The firefighter reportedly suffered minor injuries in the fall he was taken to the hospital for treatment.

The television station reported the fire is still under investigation.
