One of the men ran out the front door of the burning home while suffering second-degree burns to his hands and smoke inhalation. He was taken to Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas.
The other man suffered a traumatic ankle injury when he jumped from a balcony to escape the flames. He also suffered smoke inhalation and was taken to Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth.
Firefighters used a ladder to rescue the woman from the balcony. She was treated for smoke inhalation and taken to Texas Health Harris.
The house fire was reported shortly after 12:30 a.m Monday in the 3300 block of Panola Avenue.
Responding firefighters were alerted to possible victims trapped in the two-story home. The fire was already burning heavily, they said.
Thirty-two firefighters battled the blaze before bringing it under control shortly before 1 a.m.
Damage estimates were not available Monday morning and the cause of the fire is still under investigation, Battalion Chief Richard Harrison said in a news release.
