Man with 'Communicable Disease' Spits on OH Firefighter

After the man spit on the Cincinnati firefighter, the man said told them he has a communicable disease.

A man was arrested for spitting on a firefighters and possibly exposing him to a communicable disease.

Police and fire crews responded to an assault all on Feb. 18 when the incident happened, according to Fox19.com.

Firefighters were trying to assist Danny Woods, 58, after he struck a woman with a baton, the television station reported.

According to a police report, Woods spit on the firefighter and then told them "he has a communicable disease."

Woods faces assault and felonious assault charges.

The condition of the firefighter is not known.
