E-Mail Minder Memorial Funds Set Up For Fallen Heroes

Memorial funds have been established for the families of two Washington, DC Fire and Emergency Medical Services firefighters who were fatally injured in a 30 May 1999 town house fire in Northeast Washington, DC.

F/F Anthony Phillips, 30 years old and a 4 year member of the Department, is survived by his wife, Lysa, their six year old son, Anthony, Jr., and their 21 month old son, Azrel.

F/F Louis Mathews, 29 years old and a 7 year member of the Department, is survived by his two children, his two year old son, Nicholas, and 14 year old daughter, LaChrisia.
