Drill #121: Mentoring
Readers will learn how mentoring programs can and should be used to inspire and encourage our future leaders.
The drill is designed to be a single page of information to conjure up discussions among your crew members. Sit down and talk about the exercises, and how they may apply to your company. But, just don't read them. Get moving. Head to an appropriate area and train.
Post the information in prominent places in your stations so it's readily available for review.
