Crews from at least 13 fire departments battled a New York church fire, keeping the flames from spreading to neighboring buildings.
Flames engulfed the steeple of the Schroon Lake Community Church, which dates back to the late 19th century, WPTZ-TV reports. The building was being renovated, and no injuries were reported.
Investigators are trying to determine the cause of the fire, the TV station added.
