Around 100 Arizona firefighters put out a massive two-alarm fire at a building construction site Wednesday.
Crews from multiple departments helped battle the blaze, which fire officials believe was sparked by roofing materials, KPHO-TV reports. A column of black smoke billowed from the site, catching the attention of firefighters at a nearby station.
"We saw the plume from the station," David Fabok, Tempe Fire Department's lead inspector, told KPHO. "As soon as this thing kicked out we saw it and I gotta tell you our heart dropped a little bit."
Firefighters were able to contain the blaze to the roof. No was hurt in the incident, according to the TV station.
