Firefighters Contain Québec Grocery Store Fire

The fire broke out in mid-evening in a large generator on wheels at the rear of a grocery store located on René. A Robert road  and the corner of Ste-Therese road. Several explosions were heard as the tires of the trailer broke under the influence of heat and the fire spread to the back door of the warehouse business. Firefighters prevented the flames from spreading to the roof of the building.

Firefighters prevented the flames from spreading to the roof of the building.

Rosemere team was also dispatched for on the spot assistance to cope with any eventuality. The fire was under control within 30 minutes after the initial call.
