Two Alarm Dwelling Fire in Audubon, New Jersey

Around 2pm, Audubon Task Force was dispatched for a reported dwelling fire at 524 Graisbury Avenue.

Around 2pm, Audubon Task Force was dispatched for a reported dwelling fire at 524 Graisbury Avenue.

Initial reports indicated a kitchen fire.

Police arrived to find heavy fire showing.

Command arrived and reported a 1 1/2 story, 25 x 40, with heavy fire from the C division, striking the all hands. Crews led off with a 2 1/2 handline.

The 2nd alarm was sounded early in the job.

One firefighter was injured while battling the blaze but refused transport.

A special call was made for an Engine out of Camden City as well.

Crews had the fire knocked down and under control around 1 hour.

The fire is under investigation by the Camden County Fire Marshals.
