Funeral for Fire Chief Howard J. Warfield, Jr. in Pennsylvania

Fire Chief Howard J. Warfield, Jr., 70, of the Bradford Township, McKean County, Pennsylvania Volunteer Fire Department, died July 14, 2005. Chief Warfield had been an active member of the department for 49 years, joining shortly after the department was founded. Currently serving as chief, a position which he had held for the past 26 years, he had been the department's secretary for 13 years prior. Additionally, Warfield was a master firefighter, an Emergency Medical Technician, a member of the departments Board of Directors and the Township Emergency Management Agency Director.
