Wilmington, Delaware Firefighters Respond Twice to Building Fire

Wilmington, Delaware-- On Thursday, June 12, 2003, at 1150 hours, Wilmington Fire Department units responded to 2412 Washington Street for a report of a building fire. On arrival, companies found a small fire had been set in the second floor apartment. The fire was minor in nature. An investigation by the Wilmington Fire Department Fire Marshal
