Two-Alarm Fire Destroys Minneapolis Market

A two-alarm fire destroyed a two-story, multi-use building in Minneapolis on Tuesday.

Fire crews were called to the Cedar Market on 26th & Cedar, about 1:30 a.m.

The second floor of the market was home to two families. They found fire on both floors and retreated when the conditions worsened.

Portions of the building collapsed and firefighters worked for hours to bring the fire under control.
