Eastpointe, MI – On Sunday, Oct. 31, crews from the Eastpointe Fire Department responded to 17790 Sprenger for a dwelling fire.
En route to the scene crews were notified that the residents were evacuating the house.
Automatic aid with the Roseville Fire Department was activated; and Roseville E2 responded with an engine and three people.
Eastpointe crews they found smoke showing, and reported they were stretching on a ranch-style house.
Crews encountered heavy smoke conditions as they entered the house.
A special call was made for the St. Clair Shores Fire Department to respond for R.I.T with an Engine and 4 men.
Crews from the Eastpointe, Roseville, and St. Clair Shores Fire Department worked for more than two hours to bring this fire under control.
