DC Fire & EMS responded at 10:55 AM for the report of fire in the rowhouse, 1625 Rosedale St., NE.
Firefighters encountered heavy fire in the affected structure...with extension to 1627 Rosedale St. After a comprehensive interior attack, the fire was brought under control in about 45 minutes.
There were no injuries, and the cause is still under investigation.
