Fire departments were dispatched from 3 different locations (Bloomingdale VFD, Warriors Path VFD, Sullivan West VFD) to attempt to save a house on Thursday, March 24th, 2005.
Bloomingdale was the primary responder there and first on scene to report a nearly fully engulfed house on Gale Lane.
Warriors Path was the secondary responder for mutual aid.
Sullivan West was later dispatched for water supply because of the distance from the hydrant.
Fire Crews desperately tried to save the house but the damage was already done to the house. Fire Crews worked for over 2 hours to put the fire out and finally succeeded.
