Shortly after 1 a.m. on December 21st the Montgomery Fire Dept. was alerted for a Structure Fire on Rt 208 near the corner of Goodwill Rd. Montgomery Car 4 (Dep Chief Brian Turner) arrived and reported a Working Fire.
Car 1 (Chief Jim Ferguson) arrived a moment later a requested a 2nd Alarm Tanker Task Force and a FAST Team from Coldenham. Tankers responded to the scene from Walden, Maybrook, Coldenham and Campbell Hall. The Town of Montgomery Ambulance and Mobile Life Support services both stood by at the scene.
The cause of the fire that heavily damaged the unoccupied structure is under Investigation by the Orange County Fire Investigation Unit, there were no reported injuries.
