Wilmington, Delaware -- July 11 2004, -- Wilmington Fire Department Units were dispatched at 1355 hours for Motor Vehicle Accident with a rollover and entrapment at Pennsylvania Ave at Riverview Ave. The first arriving Wilmington Fire Department units were Engine 6, Rescue 1 and Battalion Chief Farren found a two car accident, one of the cars had rolled over and the driver, an adult male, was trapped inside.
