On Feb. 21, an apartment fire was reported in Gloucester Township at the Millbridge Glen Apartments on Blackwood Clementon Rd. at 1:35 p.m.
Original call to 911 reported a balcony on fire. EMS crews found heavy smoke showing to the rear of the building.
Command reported heavy fire conditions Division C striking the All Hands.
Companies secured water supplies and went in operation with multiple 1 ¾” hand lines for heavy fire on the second floor.
All searches were negative as all occupants were accounted for. The truck company went to the roof to open up. Command special called another engine and truck above the All Hands box.
The fire was knocked and placed under control as crews opened up to check for extension.
The fire was placed under control with no injuries.
