Between fires on Sept. 16, the crew from Chicago Squad 5 took to Lake Michigan to hone their water rescue abilities.
The crew went to the foot of North Avenue where divers Mike Sullivan and Anton Muth donned their SCUBA gear and jumped into the lake.
Their goal was to locate a mannequin and then bring it back to the surface.
