Historic Flood Hits WV; Death Toll Rising

Firefighters are searching debris for additional victims.

Rescue personnel in several West Virginia counties are searching for victims missing since a massive flood struck.

As of Saturday morning, at least 23 people had died.

Dozens were trapped in a mall after the road washed away. Many spent the night in their vehicles.

With roads closed, crews were unable to reach some fires. A blazing house was washed away, and floated down a creek. 

A tractor-trailer got stuck on I-79 after a mudslide.

The governor activated the National Guard to assist with rescues.
