Klopfenstein is a division chief with the Santa Fe Springs, CA, Fire Department. Kent Freeman is captain with the Roseville, CA, Fire Department and owner of California Health & Rescue Training.
The group discusses recent trench rescue incidents and the regulations around trench rescue and the related NFPA standards.
