Host Bob Duemmel talks with University of Extrication author Ron Moore about his "Top 10 List" for extrication concerns. Ron developed the list to help responders focus their training on the most critical elements of vehicle extrication and safety.
Ron shares ideas about airbag safety, vehicle stabilization, training and high strength steel. Bob and Ron also talk about the new electric and hybrid vehicles and how responders need to be properly trained to avoid coming in contact with the dangerous high voltage lines, fuel cells and other features.
