Dr. Richard Gasaway dispenses advice to a firefighter who has had several friends leave the department because of layoffs and early retirements. The loss of personnel leaves the firefighter confused, angry and bitter towards city administration. Listen as Dr.Gasaway helps guide this firefighter through the rough times.
