GORE® CHEMPAK® selectively permeable fabrics are used in the industry’s first breathable perimeter-response (warm zone) garments certified to the NFPA 1994 Class 3 Standard. Wearing the Extended Response Team (XRT) suit made with this fabric, you can respond faster because the suit is quick-donning and does not require any additional taping. The fabric’s breathable construction allows you to stay engaged for up to eight hours by letting perspiration vapor escape from the garment, thereby reducing heat stress and increasing comfort.
