    The new iS280 28-inch spreader from AMKUS offers plenty of power in a compact design. The lightweight aluminum enclosure is not susceptible to cracking like plastic housings and its short length allows it to fit into confined spaces competitive tools can’t access. The unit is powered by a DeWalt® battery system that is interchangeable with all 36V DeWalt equipment. The Extended Reach Tips offer an extra 8-inch of spreading capability (36 inches total) and AMKUS’ exclusive Gator Tips include an aggressive tooth pattern that won’t slip and beveled edges that don’t rip sheet metal.
