Product of the Day: Petzl America -- I'D Descender Line

For more than 40 years, Petzl has been a leader in the development and production of vertical access products for technical rescue, work-at-height and rope access industries. Petzl’s line of I’D descenders, I’D S, I’D L, and the new I’D EVAC, have become core components in the kits of rope access and rescue professionals worldwide due to their reliable and smooth descent control, versatility and ease of use. The updated line features an AUTO-LOCK system, which immediately returns the handle to a locked position when released, and stainless steel wear plates on heavy rope-wear zones for improved durability. The new I'Ds also feature an improved cam design for a wide range of loads. All models feature ANTI-ERROR catches and Petzl’s proven ANTI-PANIC feature that limits the risk of over-speeding in the event of user error.
