WASHINGTON (AP) -- A Pennsylvania company is warning consumers that about 860,000 high chairs need repair because they can collapse.
Graco Children's Products Inc., based in Elverson, Pa., has received 108 reports of the high chair legs coming out of the seat, causing the chair to fall to the ground, the Consumer Product Safety Commission said Wednesday.

There have been 105 reported injuries, including a mild concussion, two broken noses, six cuts requiring stitches, black eyes, and bumps and bruises.
The high chairs are made of a white plastic seat with white metal legs, and ``Graco'' is printed on the front of the tray.
The recalled high chairs have a model number containing ''3170,'' ''36051'' or ''74001.''
The first six numbers in the serial number indicate the date of manufacture. The recalled high chairs were manufactured from January 1, 1995 through December 8, 1997 (or from 010195 through 120897).
Both numbers are located on a sticker beneath the seat.
Mass merchandise, juvenile products and discount department stores nationwide sold these highchairs from January 1995 through June 1998 for between $30 and $35.
High chairs with push pins on the legs that snap into the seat are not part of this recall.
The safety commission advises consumers to stop using the high chairs immediately and call Graco toll-free at 1-800-617-7447 to receive a free repair kit. Consumers should have the high chair in front of them when they call.
