Kidde’s annual National Fire Service Dog Photo Contest is now open.
Enter a photo of your canine firefighter for a chance to win pet oxygen masks (each valued at $120), a trophy, pet swag, a feature on Kidde.com and the brand’s social channels, and -- best of all -- bragging rights!
The contest will remain open for all of September, and one winner and five runner ups will be chosen on October 1, 2023.
Selection of Winners: On Sunday, October 1, 2023, an internal or independent judging organization or entity designated by Sponsor will, depending on the number of submissions, one final winner and five “runner ups”. If there are multiple entries for the same canine, only one submission per canine will be selected as a finalist. Criteria for selection includes image quality, creativity, eligibility of ownership rights, and qualification as a fire service dog.
Prize: The winning canine firefighter's fire department will receive a one-time donation worth approximately $1,200, and includes:
- Eight (8) Pet Oxygen Masks, each valued at $120. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award.
- A feature on Kidde.com as Kidde's Fire Service Dog of the Year (running October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024.)
- A feature on Kidde's social media accounts in October 2023 and two (2) subsequent features in the next 12 months.
- Inclusion, as applicable, in Kidde's Pet Fire Safety campaign materials.
- A trophy and bragging rights.
- Kidde branded pet swag
