    WI Firefighters Pull Dead Suspect from Pond after Chase

    A man suspected of fraud who fled Franklin police was pulled lifeless from a pond by firefighters.

    A man suspected of fraud who fled police at a Franklin Walmart on Saturday eventually jumped into a retention pond following a chase and was pulled lifeless from the water by firefighters before being pronounced dead.
