    Fentanyl Discovery Prompts Large RI Hazmat Response

    The Providence Fire Department dispatched 30 firefighters after fentanyl was found in a building.

    The Providence Fire Department issued a Level A hazmat response Tuesday and dispatched 30 firefighters to decontaminate a building where fentanyl was found.
