Sutphen built this 75-foot mid-mount aerial for the Wausau Fire Department.
The rig is built on a Sutphen Monarch heavy-duty custom chassis with a 73-inch extended cab and is powered by a Cummins L9 450-hp engine with a Allison Gen 5, EVS3000 transmission.
On board is a Waterous CSU 1,500-gpm single-stage pump and a 500-gallon tank.
The body includes over 193 cubic feet of compartment space and carries a 14-foot roof ladder, 16-foot roof ladder, and both a 24-foot and 35-foot extension ladders, along with a 10-foot folding ladder. 3-Section & 10’ F)
