The Rosenhayn Volunteer Fire Company, Deerfield Township, Cumberland County, NJ, has put in service a 2017 Spartan ER Gladiator heavy rescue. It is equipped with a four door seven-occupant, climate-controlled cab, raised roof, and full height rear doors. It is powered by a 450 hp Cummins ISL engine and an Allison 3000EVP automatic transmission. It is also equipped with Bostrom FF seats, Stokes rescue basket, Kussmaul auto-eject, LED compartment lighting, slide out-tool trays & boards, Res-Q-Jacks, confined space equipment, RIT equipment, EMS equipment, saws, fans, tarps, forcible entry tools, Little Giant ladder, and Hurst e-draulic & hydraulic extrication tools. It also has Spectra LED scene lighting, Milwaukee tools, cribbing, Sta-Dri hopper, Paratech air bags, rear ladder tunnel, roof top compartments, rear facing camera, left, right, and rear facing cameras, a four-bottle 6,000 psi air cascade unit with Resolve Specialty Products (RSP) two-bottle fill station with Sierra Precision booster, Hurst mini tools, Ajax tools, gas meters, Flir thermal imaging camera, floor jacks, Ramsey QM 9,000-portable cable winch with receivers on all four sides, front LED brow light, Whelen Edge LED light bar. Sold through Campbell Supply Company, East Brunswick, New Jersey. The salesman was Paul Sickler, and the cost was $604,000.
