Kamloops Fire Department has taken delivery of custom heavy rescue built by SVI Truck built on a Spartan Gladiator chassis.

The Kamloops Fire Department has taken delivery of a SVI Trucks heavy rescue built on a Spartan Gladiator chassis. 

The heavy rescue features a 22′ aluminum SVI body mounted on a 10″ raised-roof Spartan Gladiator chassis, which houses an X15 600 HP Cummins engine with a Allison EVS 4000 transmission.

On board power is provided by an Onan Hydraulic 25,000-watt PTO Generator.

Tool storage features include slideout smooth aluminum vertical tool boards and heavy-duty cargo slides.
