Ferrara worked with North Attleborough to develop the specification and once the bid was awarded, the apparatus was built on a stock Ferrara Cinder chassis. It has a Cummins 450 hp engine, an Allison transmission, a Hale Q-MAX 1,500 gpm pump, a 750-gallon tank.

It was sold by Bill Middlemiss, Specialty Vehicles Inc., North Attleborough.
