Jackson County Fire District 4 Fire Department in Shady Cove, OR, has taken delivery of a Midwest Fire side control tanker-pumper.

Jackson County Fire District 4 Fire Department in Shady Cove, OR, has taken delivery of a Midwest Fire side control tanker-pumper built on a Freightliner M2 106 chassis with a Cummins L9 350EV-hp engine and an Allison 3000 EVS transmission. It is equipped with a 2,000-gallon APR polypropylene tank and a Hale MBP 750-gpm PTO pump. It's equipped with stainless steel Newton 10-inch square dump valves with 36-inch telescoping chutes on both side and a dump valve on the rear with a 12-inch flip chute. It has an All-Poly construction with ROM roll-up doors. Other equipment includes a Hanscom rear-view camera, Whelen warning lights, a Kussmaul air and battery conditioner with an auto eject system and On-Spot tire chains.
