The Lake, WV, Volunteer Fire Department has taken delivery of a Midwest Fire tanker/pumper.

The Lake, WV, Volunteer Fire Department has taken delivery of a Midwest Fire tanker/pumper. It is built on a Freightliner M2 106 cab and chassis, powered by a Cummins engine and an Allison transmission. To fight fire, it has a Darley HM 500-gpm PTO pump and a 2,000-gallon polypropylene tank. It has a Newton 10-inch square swivel dump valve with a 36-inch telescoping chute, a RearView Safety, rear view camera, Whelen warning and scene lights, a Kussmaul air and battery conditioner and On-Spot tire chains.
