Tim Duffy is a firefighter/municipal fire instructor with the Scarsdale, NY, Fire Department. He is an instructor with the Rockland County Fire Training Center, New York State Dept. of Homeland Security and Emergency Services, and New York State Association of Fire Chiefs. Duffy has been involved in the design, inspection, construction and management of buildings for 25 years and frequently presents on building construction related topics for the fire service.
