Miami Firefighter Injured Battling House Fire

A ceiling collapsed on the firefighter, injuring him.

MIAMI --

A Miami firefighter was taken to a hospital Monday when he was injured while battling a house fire.

The fire began in the kitchen of a home on Southwest 67th Court.

A ceiling collapsed on the firefighter, injuring him. He was conscious after the incident.

The man was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital, where he was in stable condition.
